Indigo FM is calling for Expressions of Interest for two new roles at our Tangambalanga site. These roles are for a Site Co-ordinator and a Technical Officer. Expressions of Interest for each role closes Friday 19 July.
The Site Co-ordinator role involves co-ordinating the on-air and off-air activties at this site. Activities include recruitment, training and scheduling of presenters, developing and growing local programming as well as community engagement in general.
The Technical Officer role is primarily responsible for ensuring the smooth technical output at this site. Activities will include maintenance and servicing of equipment including technological (PC, monitors, wi-fi modem etc) as well as appraising the ongoing technical needs. Additionally we offer input more broadly to Indigo FM’s strategic set-up of technical / technological equipment across all sites to enhance audience reach via our Tech-Programming Sub-Committee,
