Your chance to play a key role in co-ordinating our 2019 Radiothon in October awaits.
Indigo FM’s Radiothon first commenced in 2014 and is our annual Membership Drive as well as a month long celebration of all things Local Radio. It’s one month where we highlight how we innovate to provide a unique voice for local communties whilst hosting a range of fun events across Indigo Shire. And along the way we encourage new and renewing members alike to take advantage of the opportunity to join up and be in the running for a host of cool prizes.
This activity does require some co-ordination. Preparation begins in early August and runs through September as we arrange Radiothon sponsors, donations, prizes and promotions. Hence we are calling for Expressions of Interest for the role of Radiothon Co-ordinator. Expressions of Interest close Friday 2 August.
The Radiothon Co-ordinator will work with each of our Site Co-ordinators to develop Radiothon related programming and local community engagement activities. The role is overseen by our Marketing Sub-Committee with its Chair providing key support as required.
